Communication - Keeping in Touch

Keeping in touch with our members is really important. You can download all our communications from this section of the website - so its really easy to find out the latest news and views of the Union.

Our main communications are:

Rapport - our magazine for members.
e-Rapport - our digital magazine for members.
Union Mail - a monthly news letter published on the first Wednesday every month.
Special Issue of Rapport - we'll publish a special issue when there is some important news about changes to policies and procedures at Nationwide or to tell you about Union vacancies and elections.

You can also keeping in touch with activity and debate in your local area by reading the minutes of your Regional Council Meeting.

E-mail Newsletter

If you've registered your external e-mail address with us we send you an e-mail newsletter each month. Occassionally we may also send you details of special offers that are available to NGSU members - for example special holidays deals available from the Travel Club. If you would like to receive this newsletter just send us your email address to ngsu@ngsu.org.uk or you can amend your details using the link from the home page.

Communication is a two-way process

We try hard to keep in touch with members but we need you to keep in touch with us too! This is your Union so please tell us about your views and concerns and help us make sure we representing your needs. Later this year will be opening the member forum - an online chat room that you can use to share your thoughts with us and other Union members.
